Part One : All users are promised that:


We will always respect your right to privacy. However we understand that the internet is not a secure medium and therefore we have implement security measure to, where possible, protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information placed under our control.

Any data gathered as a result of your use of LexEAT will be treated as confidential.

Part Two : How we use your data


For our ‘users’, you may be asked to provide your name and e-mail address when submitting feedback to us. This information is encrypted and used solely for the purpose of enabling our locations to respond to you in the event that your feedback warrants it.

This information will be encrypted and stored in our database for 12 months.

Your details will never be used to send you marketing communications or offers. These will always be sent out via mobile notifications, if you would rather not receive these then you can simply turn off notifications for the LexEAT app.

We may use your IP address or other identifying information to help diagnose problems with our server, to monitor numbers of users and/or to administer our interactive services.

Any personal information will never be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Whenever we process your personal data for these purposes we will always keep your personal data rights in high regard and take account of these rights. You have the right to object to this processing if you wish and if you wish to so please contact us at support@absolute-insight.co.uk. Please bear in mind that if you object this will affect our ability to deliver the content required for the LexEAT app.

If LexEAT provides links to other services such as Cashless vendors, Absolute Insight is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services. Absolute Insight reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy notice at any time and you are therefore encouraged to review it from time to time.
